My Coach Approach
I work with mid to upper level management, high-potential leaders, and struggling leaders in my coaching practice. I draw from over 20 years of business management and leadership experience, operating in roles such as a COO and Vice President of Operations at privately held companies and most recently owning my own successful business. I have survived and thrived in the high stress, high turnover, fast growth, downsizing, initiative overload, culture that exists in most C-Suites today. I am passionate about helping motivated leaders who strive to take themselves and their organizations to the next level.
I feel I have a unique experience in that 8 years into a very successful career, I made the jump from management in the field to the corporate level and found myself floundering. I was lucky enough to find an amazing Executive Coach who, within six months, took me from concerns of being terminated to being back to the top of my peer group and soon after, back on the path to consistent promotions.
I draw from this experience to improve my coaching and strive to have the same impact with my
clients.
I am a direct and open coach – I believe self-awareness and emotional intelligence lead to transformation of oneself. I believe it is important to look inward and self-reflect before you can disrupt your beliefs, values, approach, and vision to achieve the improved results you seek. I will push clients out of their comfort zone; I believe in disrupting the status quo but understand change takes time. Nobody is perfect, and I do not expect perfection, only honesty and an open mind. I work together with my clients to plot a course that allows them to lead with confidence, focus, and positivity in their organization.
Personally, I have enjoyed being a trail blazer throughout my career; when an employer asked me to move, I moved; this allowed me to live throughout the United States prior to landing in Atlanta. I enjoy donating my time to local charities when possible. Most of my free time is spent with my husband on our boat outside of Atlanta each weekend. We also love to travel frequently, we explore sandy beaches, historical towns around the world and visit his family across the pond in Warsaw, Poland.
