How LeaderSkills Was Created

Nan O'Connor, Master Certified Coach, has been a business coach for the last 20 years.  After coaching hundreds of business owners, she determined that the biggest constraint to the growth of their companies was the failure to grow a leadership team under them.  

Nan began a systematic study of the key elements that turn managers into leaders.  They break down into 3 key must-haves:

  • Self-Awareness

​When one of her clients lamented the fact that they had done a good job training their managers about the technical aspects of their jobs, but had done nothing to teach them to lead people, Nan created LeaderSkills.  It was an enormous success and the company is using it to this day.  Nan then began offering it to other clients and it took off like a rocket.  It's now available for you and your business.
